Occassional light foxing, one page has a correction in ink at the bottom of the page( I didn't see anymore marking). Not a collectible copy, but an excellent working copy. 707pp., b&w photos and illustrations, index, appendix. Family history starts in England. Comes to you in an acid free document bag for storage, mailed boxed, and I can have it in the mail tomorrow.
