New York: Alfred A. Knopf. Very Good in Very Good dust jacket. 1986. First Edition. Hardcover. 0394549112 . Book is clean and tight. Signed and inscribed by author on back flyleaf. There are 2 newsletters from Knopf and one of them has written on it autographing June 19, 6-8 pm at River Oak Bookstore. However, the date on the real authograph is Oct 14, 1986. There is a pencilled note on half title that this was a review copy. There is a little shelf wear to spine of book and dust jacket. DJ has surface wear at folds and wrinkled to edges with sticker residue to top front corner.; Signed by Author .
