Facsimile reprint of an article that first appeared in Harper's New Monthly Magazine Vol. LXVI, No. 396, May 1883. Includes all the illustrations from the original article. Issued in this booklet format in 1983. Also includes one U.S. Po stage Stamp issued in 1983 commemorating 100 years of the Brooklyn Bridge spanning the East River linking Manhattan and Brooklyn, New York City with post mark dated Oct. 7, 1983. Stamp is pasted to title page with postmark beside it. Book Condition : Very Good; pages are clean and bright with no markings, no tears, some light top corner tip bends. Cover has light edge wear and a few tiny spots to front. Rear has a small light stain and price sticker remnant at bottom left. a.
