Baltimore, MD: American Philological Association, 1959. A study of the Ivugene Tablets found in Northern Italy and its clues to language development. Dark green cloth, no dustjacket, errata sheet (corrigenda) laid in loosely at the front. Externally fair to good, internally good to very good condition. Error in printing spine title makes the title blurry but readable, light edgewear, faint light colored spotting to covers likely due to brief moisture exposure (no damp odor), good hinges, firm text block, clean pages, name of Yale Classics scholar Joseph Solodow at top of front free endpaper, no other markings.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Fair. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
