Pp. xviii+250+[2](advertisements), coloured frontispiece, plus 92 plates (28 coloured, 3 of which are double page), the title page printed in red & black, index; demy 4to; cream cloth, lettered and decorated in gilt, the upper board blocked in red at centre, slightly soiled, corners a trifle rubbed, spine gilt dulled; t.e.g., others uncut; small bookplate and later owner's business card on upper pastedown, the bookplate repeated together with an inked date (1928) on the limitation page, the free endpapers slightly offset, lower hinge starting and a couple of pages loosening, a little light foxing and occasional slight soiling; John Lane The Bodley Head, London, 1922. First edition, limited issue, being one of 95 numbered copies with 2 extra plates (both double page), signed by the author.
