Illustrated with small line drawings throughout, octavo, pp xii, 412, a little age-toned, two closed tears to the upper margins of pages 9 - 12, the front endpaper have a private bookplate, a small bookseller's label and a one-line inscription, otherwise clean and sound internally, red cloth slightly worn, the spine faded, a slight stain to both covers. [Sheila Francis' copy, with her signature twice on the front endpaper - maiden name and married name.] . First Edition. Cloth. Good.
