[xv], 215pp. Illustrated w one 32pp unpaginated section of 68 bw photographs w captions, and 6pp unpaginated section of cartoons. Frontispiece colour photo portrait tipped in. Grey endpapers. Canvas cloth boards w relief lettering in green title panel, green leather quarterwrap spine w bright silver lettering. Bumping to front fore edge near bottom corner. Light shelf wear to bottom edges. Bumping to top corners with mild bowing to top quarter. Binding square and sound, but showing 1.5cm separation to joint at front top. Copy number 486 of 2,500 printed. Additional shipping may be required - 28 x 22cm
