Vol. 1 pages 256:24:12, with 2 plates, vol.2 with 72 plates with facing leaves of descriptive text, many coloured. South African Museum bookplate and 2 stamps to front endpapers of vol.2 Engraved armorial bookplate of George Herbert Wailes on front pastedown of vol.1 and stamp of the Vancouver Museum on front free endpaper. No other library markings. Prelims. and last leaf tanned. Split to cloth of outer joint of of vol.2, this volume with lower spine damp stained unevenly also front free endpaper and half title damp-stained to lower inner hinge and page edge., headband of vol. 1 a little worn. Overall bright copies and very clean internally. Weight 1.5 kg thus extra overseas postage will be requested.
