London: Leonard Hill, 1957. First edition (hardback). 8vo (25cm by 19cm), xix, 167pp. 110 plates (mainly in b&w but including a few in colour). Original red cloth. Light spotting of the front free endpaper, else the book is in very good condition. The dustwrapper is present, but is in tatty condition (torn with significant loss). The dustwrapper has now been put in a mylar cover to protect it.
