About This Item

This novel is generally regarded as Greene most famous. He was a prolific writer, and only the story The Third Man is perhaps more famous, simply because of the movie.

This copy is very good minus. The binding is sound and is generally clean except for a previous owners name to the ffep, The book block is yellowed as is the case with most first edition copies. A few pages have imperfections. Mark to bottom of book blook. A Rare classic.

Synopsis
