It has slight wear at the top and tail of the spine and has has not been price clipped, showing the original 12s 6d net price. It is slightly foxed. The boards are free from notable chips and marks and the internals are mostly clean. There are slight chips at the spine. The text blocks are with moderate foxing. Overall, this is a near fine copy. The sequel to his popular 1958 novel The Darling Buds of May about a family living in the Kent countryside.
