About This Item

New York: Simon and Schuster, 1983. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. 9x6x1. Signed by author. First edition. Inscribed and signed on front endpaper ('To Dan, with best wishes, Richard Price'). A previous pencil note on the flyleaf suggested that Dan is best-selling novelist, screenwriter, and journalist Dan Wakefield, though we have no further evidence to confirm this. A bit smoky, otherwise an excellent copy. 1983 Hard Cover. 446 pp. 8vo. "Rejected by law school, college graduate Peter Keller takes on a series of jobs that expose him to alternative lifestyles and attitudes and becomes involved in a love triangle with an older woman and her estranged husband.
