New York: George H. Doran, 1922. Early printing of this murder mystery, very good in heavily chipped dustjacket. Maroon cloth with dustjacket, frontis color plate the same design as the front dustjacket panel. The book has some light rubbing to the extremities, good hinges, sound text block, clean pages, no names or other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket has some large chips to the top of the front panel and spine, larger chip comprising the bottom quarter of the spine, other chips.. Hard Cover. Very Good/Fair. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
