Tiny gold bookseller's sticker from W. Heffer, Cambridge on front paste down. Dedication on front free end paper. Slightly tanned cut edges. Very good plus text block, with firm, straight pages, unmarked and bright. With b/w diagrams and b/w photos.In good pictorial dust jacket with operating theatre scene. The edges are a little worn with small open tear on top edge and small taped tear on front tail edge. Price clipped. The jacket is in quality plastic cover. Rare.
