Thirteenth edition. viii, 770pp. Dark blue cloth-covered boards, gilt titles on spine, many black and white diagrams. 8vo. A large and heavy volume requiring an additional charge for overseas delivery. Spine ends and corners lightly rubbed and rounded. Internally very neat, bright and tight. Dust jacket spine heavily sun-faded and tanned, ends worn and clipped, <5cm closed tear at heel and rear joint, covers moderately soiled, some wear along edges and folds, chipping at corners, less than 3cm closed tear at bottom rear corner, not price-clipped; interior moderately tanned and lightly soiled. With chapters on flagellate protozoa, monocystis, ciliate protozoa, etc.
