Boston: Ticknor and Fields, 1862. Presentation copy inscribed to former owner "from the Author" in pencil on first blank recto. 80 pp. 8vo., brown pebbled cloth stamped in gilt and blind. Cloth sunned and stained, light to moderate foxing in the text. A slip of paper with a contemporary-looking list of ink names is laid in. Binding tight. Very good.
