London: Kegan Paul, Trench, Trubner & Co. Ltd, 1897. Hardcover. Second Edition. 5 x 8in. xvi. 240pp. Publisher's cloth boards with gilt titling. Profusely illustrated. VERY GOOD. Shows marginal handling marks of the cloth, spine very lightly toned, endpapers with a hint of toning, handsome former owner bookplate on the front paste-down, otherwise the binding is strong and tight, the text is clean and unmarked, and the boards remain distinct. As pictured.
