Condition: Good, binding sound, no inscriptions. Half-title has light soiling and browning. Occasional light foxing within text. 505pp. The appendix includes plans of estate cottages, a cropping map and an illustration of a traction engine. Includes chapters on leasing, tenant farmers, land management (including construction, maintenance, improvement of land and manures), and the valuation of estates. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
