"Thumb Prayer Book" in gilt on front cover. One of the smallest BCP ever printed and a true rarity. Griffiths' bibliography notes a single Bryce printing of the Scottish BCP in a slightly larger format and with slightly different pagination. Text block measures 1 1/2 x 1 7/8 inches. Covers extend over text block and measure 1.75 x 2.5". Unpaginated (approx. 770 pages). Pages bright and clean and free from marking or staining. All page edges rouged. Bound in later flexible maroon suede with a single blind ruled border to both covers. New endpapers. Not in Griffiths.
