Tribute medals were presented to returning Boer war soldiers, chiefly by the towns from which the men came. Most were from England, Ireland, Scotland, & Wales. But they were also presented in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, as well as by various institutions, societies, & clubs. This is the definitive reference for collectors.
