1st British edition; signed by author. Very Good hardcover in Very Good DJ. Red boards, gilt titles on spine. Bright, clean, square covers and spine are As New; tightly bound; author full signature on title page and below that inscribed 'To Kate, | With all best | wishes, | Jerry | December 14, 1989'; interior is clean with age darkening along page edges. DJ is clean and complete, now in removable paper-backed mylar. Inscription was to Kate Mattes, owner of a prominent Boston area bookstore.
