Octavo; denim-colored cloth, blocked and titled in black and gilt on spine, with black and white photographic still applied to front cover; dark blue topstain; dustjacket; [10], 110pp; illus. Touch of offsetting to front pastedown from binders glue, else Fine in a very Near Fine dustjacket, unclipped (priced $4.95), with only a hint of sunning at spine to note. Herlihy's first book, a play about two troubled teenagers he co-wrote with William Noble. It ran successfully on Broadway in 1958, and adapted for the silver screen by Philip Dunne the following year.
