It has been impossible to include more than a few of the many brave deeds which have been performed all over the world by individual Black Watch soldiers on many fields of war - but here a least will be found some account of most of the Regiment's battles and campaigns, and it is for the honour of the Regiment that the individual fights. The author was a famous WW 2 officer who served in the Chindits in Burma under Wingate.
