Inscribed by Olsen on the front free to Emil "Buzzy" Bavasi: "To my friend & collaborator Buzzie - Bon Vivant, Administrator, Boulevardier & Card Cheat. With Affection, Jack Olsen. Mar. 6, 1967." Bavasi was general manager of the Brooklyn and Los Angeles Dodgers from 1951-1968. Bavasi's bookplate on front endpaper and half title. In near fine condition.
