London: Methuen & Co. Ltd., 1949, 1949. FIRST EDITION THE DEDICATION COPY. 1 vol., inscribed by Milne on the front blank endleaf "My darlings own copy of her own book. A. A. M. April. 1949", bound in the publisher's original green cloth. Head and foot of spine fine with only the faintest of rubbing, inner and outer hinges fine, back corners square and sharp, very mild offsetting to blank endleaves, overall a VERY GOOD copy. The printed dedication page reads "To Daphne Whose party it is With my love."
