Hardcover, bound in green cloth covered boards, wrapped in an illustrated paper dustjacket, and cased in a simple cardboard slipcase. Binding is tight, edges and corners are sharp, the dustjacket is bright and unblemished, with a clean and unmarked interior. Cardboard slipcase is utilitarian and has protected the book, but has a bit of yellowing consistent with age. Text in English, with 504 illustrations, 60 of which are in color.
