The text is illustrated with copious colour photographs and the occasional colour illustration. Blue coloured boards with silver coloured titles to the backstrip. Colour photographic dustwrapper with blue-and-white coloured titles to the front panel and backstrip. Black and white photograph of author to the rear dustwrapper panel.
