Caldwell, Idaho: Caxton Printers, 1972. First edition. Hardcover. near Very Good/good +. 8vo. Pp xiii + 467 + 12 full-page colour plates and 21 b&w photographs in the text. Fawn cloth boards stamped in metallic blue on the spine and upper panel. A clean, unmarked copy in a tight binding and unclipped dust jacket. The protected dust jacket is rubbed at the edges with a number of closed tears and worn at the fold to the lower flap.
