The first part "Supplement No. 1 - Check List of the Birds of Australia, Part 1: Orders Casuariformes to Meenuriformes + Order Passeriformes (part)" is not present. Also not present is "Supplement No. 4 and 5: Bibliography of The Birds of Australia" which completes the five supplement set. Only supplement no. 2 and no. 3 are offered here. No ownership marks and no signs of use.
