About This Item
Before Vera and the Jimmy Perez books Ann Cleeves started as a crime writer with the bird-watcher series with George and Molly Palmer-Jones. This is her very first book, A Bird in the Hand, written some 36 years back.
A nice presentable copy signed on the title page (at a crime convention - probably in Nottingham). The book is fine except that the pages are browning (being cheap paper stock). Square and tight, no marks. The jacket has no faults.
