The book comes with a ticket stub from the author's festival and a book review clipped from the Canadian newspaper, "The Globe and Mail". Tight binding. No chips, tears, creases. Dust jacket is price-clipped. Small surface scratch on front panel of jacket. Illustrated with black and white photographic illustrations. Size: Sm 4to (9" to 11"). 404 pp.
