There is no easily ascertained date of this book's printing, but on the verso of the rear panel it states "Made and printed in Great Britain by Purnell and Sons, Ltd, Paulton (Somerset) and LondonÂ”, with an SBN of 603034020. Minor bumping of the lower book corners with softening of the back strip edges stop tanning of the text block edges and pages. There is a horizontal tear to the free front end page measuring 4 inches; some very fine foxing to the end pages. Creasing of the dustwrapper edges with the occasional small tear also present.
