London: Max Parrish and Co Ltd, 1962. Hardcover. Fair/Good-. Randall, William. Book presumed to be a first edition. Red hard cover with gilt titling on spine, black and white captioned illustrations, bibliography at back, 144 pages. This is an ex-library book; the first free end paper has been removed, library stamps on the title and half-title pages and occasionally in text, tape marks on boards, text block edges foxed and stained, end papers foxed and rear ones stained, rear free end paper is wrinkled, several stains in text, front hinge is loose but binding is firm. Dust jacket, which is not price-clipped, has light edge wear and shelf wear, sunned spine and edges, library notation at base of spine, tape remnants on flaps, some smudges, colour and illustration are bright. This is an attractive book in spite of its flaws. Shipping charges are calculated for a standard parcel under 1 kg.
