Small Octavo, Publisher's black boards, lettered in gilt to spine, dust jacket, pp. 155. Published by Norman Wright (Swanage), 2008. The hardback edition of this book was preceded by a paperback edition published in 1999.
Loosely inserted is a Signed Certificate from Norman Wright and Andrew Skilleter.
