London, 1954. Hard Cover. Dust Jacket. (London: 1954). Second Editions (Originally Published as a Limited Edition of 250 copies in 1906). Two volumes, quarto. A Complete Set. Publisher's orange-red boards with gilt spine lettering. Offsetting to end-papers otherwise near fine copies in like complete D/W's. Fine internally. Bibliotheca Chemica is the catalogue of the collection of James Young, which was acquired by Ferguson and is now in the library of Strathclyde University. The inside flap of Volume 1 opines that "this new facsimile edition although itself a severely limited one brings a work of the greatest intrinsic value before the general public for the first time". Foreword by F Sherwood Taylor. Photographs/scans available upon request.
