The first edition of this work, in the price unclipped publisher's original dust wrapper.The dust wrapper explains that the author of this work spent six years 'compiling this bibliography, which lists approximately 1,500 items written by Churchill. During the course of his researches he discovered publications of which neither Sir Winston nor his publisher's had any trace'.Illustrated with a photographic frontispiece and a number of further plates depicting Churchill's publications.With the illustrated bookplate of Horace V. Shooter to the front pastedown. In the publisher's original cloth binding, with price unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, exceptionally smart, with light shelf wear to spine tail only. Discolouration to dust wrapper back strip, with tape reinforcements to dust wrapper reverse, indiscernible from front. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright. Near Fine
