Page corner creases. Dj is included, but too poor for words, unless I'm getting paid by the word. Interesting and accurate cook book with some very good bread recipes. Includes ten commandments of various areas of cooking, which are actually very scientific.. 4th Printing. Hard Cover. Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" Tall, 350 Pages.
