Sauk City, WI: Arkham House, 1943. First edition First printing. Hardcover. Very Good/Poor. The fourth Arkham House book published. 1217 copies printed. A much lower print run than the more common THE OUTSIDER AND OTHERS. Several areas of dullness to the black cloth, mild toning to the edges of the text block, and light moisture stain to the leading edge of the textblock. About very good in poor price-clipped dust jacket and numerous paper tape mends to the reverse.
