Original blue cloth, spine lettered in gilt, blind-stamped circular portrait of Nietzsche to upper board (reproduced in black on series title page). Spine sunned, edgewear, top corners bumped. Edges and endpapers toned, ownership signature of Gertrude H. Gibbon to title page, occasional foxing. Else, clean and tight. Very good Volume twelve in Levy's The Complete Works of Friedrich Nietzsche: "The first complete and authorised English translation".
