The front flap of the dust jacket lists to this title & the list at back only goes to the previous title. However, Axe's guide lists this wartime grade "poor" paper with plain frontispiece as second state (Axe Format III), so probably a later printing using the same plates and dust jacket as the 1942 first state. Green textured paper over boards w/black title on cover & spine; blue "house" scene eps. Corners sharp w/slight shelf wear. DJ has chipping at top of spine and front fold The book has some of the "old book" smell to it, which I am trying to get cleaned up by airing the book out Size: Duodecimo (12 mo; up to 7 3/4" / 17.5-20 cm tall). 220 pages.
