The number "1030" is written in pen in the upper right hand corner of the front free page. The rear free page has a two by one inch chip. The illustration between pages 80 and 81 has a triangular tear, two and a half by one inch, in the lower right hand corner. Illustrated with black and white photographs. 336 pages plus an index.

US and International book orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Books paid by personal cheque must allow for the cheque to clear the bank. We will then email the buyer on the shipping date. Oversized or heavier books MAY require additional postage. All books are returnable within 14 days past the estimated delivery date and must be returned in the same condition as originally shipped. Prior notice, by email, olmsteadbooks2003@gmail.com, is requested before returning a book. Please note the reason for return. The buyer is responsible for return postage.
