About This Item
1915. HUEFFER, Ford Madox. BETWEEN ST. DENNIS AND ST. GEORGE. A sketch of three civilisations. London: Hodder and Stoughton, 1915. Advance reading copy. 8vo., printed grey paper wraps. A very good example of this scarce prepublication format. Spine ends and extremities show some chipping, light browning at endpapers. Overall a nice copy of this fragile format, not noted by Ford's bibliographer. (See Harvey A48). Presentation slip from Prof. W. Macneile Dixon, Univ. of Glasgow, laid in.
