Scribners, 1951. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Near Fine/Near Fine. New York: Scribners, 1951. 8vo. 222 pp. First edition with the "A" and Scribners seal on the copyright page. Blue cloth with lighter blue lettering and illustration on the front board - near fine or better with very faint tape ghosts to the endpapers. The price-intact jacket ($2.50) is near fine without fading and one tiny chip to the top of the spine fold. A nicely preserved copy. Heinlein's fifth book for young science fiction readers.
Synopsis
Between Planets is a 1951 science fiction novel by Robert A. Heinlein, originally serialised in Blue Book magazine (September, October 1951). It was published in hardcover that year by Scribner's as part of the Heinlein juveniles.
