Loose-leaf style with five metal binder rings. 463 pps. with thumb tabs age-darkened and worn. Text lightly sunned typical of age. First two and last two pages re-enforced with binder eyelets. Title page and final page have chipping to the outer edges; rear binder guard is present and functional, but front binder guard is present but broken. Pencil note on title page and on several internal recipes, otherwise pages clean and unmarked. Hard Cover.
