The front cover has a few scratches and a discolored spot. A former owner's signature and a stamp that reads "Procopio" on front endpapers. Endpapers and a few other pages foxed; pages are tanning from age. The text is clean and binding is secure. Includes errata slip. Howes F134. A defense of the Constitution and the freedom of religion.
