The First UK printing published by Chatto and Windus in c1944. The BOOK is in near Fine condition. Free from inscriptions and erasures. Wonderfully illustrated throughout in B/W and colour lithography by T. Ritchie (Trekkie Parsons), the wife of the chairman at Chatto and also close friend of both Leonard and Virginia Woolf. Scarce.
