Accompanied by an inscription to Ralph Esmerian, "qui me fait l'honneur d'aimer mes dessins, et le plaisir de me le dire." No. 128 of 428, from tranch with paper of vélin de Rives. 4to. 26.5 by 19.5 cm. 179 pp. Pochoir plates, and pochoir illustrations at start of each chapter. Wraps with light soiling, closed tear by upper front joint, vertical crease lines on spine. Generally clean inside. Without original glassine.
