Boston and New York: Houghton, Mifflin and Company. Very Good- with no dust jacket. 1894. First Edition; First Printing. Hardcover. Lacking DJ. Green cloth cover with black impression on front and gilt lettering on spine. .The spine is somewhat darkened and the gilt lettering is faint but readable. There is wear at the corners and at head and tail of spine, also a linear scratch on front cover. Binding sound other than a crack in rear endpaper--the hinge is tight. Pages are clean and unmarked other than light pencil bookseller marks on first blank page.There is no foxing present. (BAL 7372); 16mo 6" - 7" tall; 334 pages .
