Otherwise, pages clean and free from marking, soiling or staining. Bound in contemporary black cloth with gilt cross and palm to front cover. Light wear to edges and spine slightly sunbleached. A well preserved prayerbook from the American Iowa Synod. A scarce piece of American Lutheran history.
