Denver, Colorado: The Great Western Sugar Co., 1945. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. 1st Edition. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. VG.VG, used, green cloth binding with black text to spine and upper, 73pp plus appendix of 19pp to rear. Interior clean no marks except inscription and signature on the front free end paper. Binding tight. Slight shelf rubbing to dj, small tear to top edge of the upper near spine, corners slightly worn, tiny tear to tail of the dj. DJ is not price-clipped..
